  • Sollich & Enrober Line - Machine Operator

    Salary/Rate of Pay: $19.22/hr training

    About the Position: Our Sollich Line – Machine Operators are responsible for set up, shut down, operation, & general maintenance of our Roca production machines. Technical & mechanical aptitude will be required to successfully operate the related machinery. The Sollich Operator is essential to running and troubleshooting several production lines.

    Essential Functions:
    • Set up of production line, assembling machinery, pipes, belts & inspecting for potential issues.
    • Understand, navigate, modify & validate product specifications through machine HMI screen systems.
    • Shut down of lines, disassemble equipment for cleaning.
    • Use hand tools to repair & replace wires/ wire belts on machinery.
    • Communicate consistently, effectively, and respectfully with fellow team members. Providing instructional guidance to line workers when requested or necessary.
    • Closely monitor product and conduct quality tests to ensure it meets specifications.
    • Lift up to 50lbs. & co-lift up to 100lbs.
    • Adhere to food safety rules.

    Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Transfer to temporary or project related work.
    • Maintain clean and hazard free work area.
    • Communicate with team members & supervisors.
    • Troubleshoot & maintain machine systems.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    • 1 year of related experience, preferred
    • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
    • Competencies: Intermediate mathematic skills, Mechanical aptitude, Problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, and Ability to multi-task

  • ROCA Cook - Machine Operator

    Salary/Rate of Pay: $21.50/hr training (DOE)
    Location: 110 E 26th Street, Tacoma, WA 98421
    Position Location: 100% Onsite
    Position Status: Full Time
    FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT

    About the Position:
    Our Roca System Operator’s most important responsibility is to ensure the cooking product flows through each phase of the process and meets quality standards before moving to the next step. Technical knowledge & operation of the machinery will be required to successfully run and maintain product movement through the production facility.

    Essential Functions:
    • Frequent Lifting of 50lbs., loading materials into hoppers.
    • Program, run, modify, monitor & validate recipe specifications.
    • Verify flow rates frequently and adjust as necessary.
    • Document accurate records of essential data routinely throughout shift.
    • Conduct quality food safety control point checks routinely.
    • Learn how to use HMI for batch cooking, CIP, & emergency flush systems.
    • Adhere to food safety rules.

    Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Transfer to temporary or project related work.
    • Maintain clean and hazard free work area.
    • Communicate with team members & supervisors.
    • Troubleshoot & maintain machine systems.
    • Co-lift up to 120lbs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    • Previous Operator experience required; 2 years preferred
    • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

  • Receiving - General Help

    Salary/Rate of Pay: $19.50/hr training (DOE)
    Location: 110 E 26th Street, Tacoma, WA 98421
    Position Location: 100% Onsite
    Position Status: Full Time
    FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT

    About the Position: Our Receiving – General Help position is responsible for processing deliveries and returns, and ensuring items are correctly stored. Exceptional attention to detail is required to meet and maintain quality control standards. Communication with team members, leads & supervisors as well as written documentation of workflow processes are necessary for success in this position.

    Essential Functions:
    • Lifting & Loading 50lb. boxes of products, frequently.
    • Document product & material movement within facility and out of facility.
    • Inventory counts & tracking of materials & products on a regular basis.
    • Utilize inventory counting to determine shortages or low stock items & communicate to chain of command for reordering.
    • Transfer & store materials in designated areas for temperature and food safety control.
    • Operate manual and electric pallet jack.
    • Inspect all shipments for accuracy, verify contents, identify any errors (missing items, wrong items, incorrect labels, ect.) & communicate information to chain of command.
    • Adhere to warehouse safety practices.

    Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Transfer to temporary or project related work.
    • Maintain clean and hazard free work area.
    • Communicate with team members & supervisors.
    • Practice first in-first out in movement of materials.

    Qualifications:
    • At least 6 months of related or relevant experience
    • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
    • Competencies: Teamwork & communication, Problem-solving skills, and Attention to detail.

  • National Accounts Manager/Director

    Salary Range $100,000 - $135,000 plus bonus eligible

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred or equivalent experience. 

    As a National Account Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue profitable growth, expand market share, and strengthen our brand presence in these specific retail channels.
