Almond ROCA Buttercrunch Coffee Cake

A delightful treat! No coffee break will be complete without this easy coffee cake!

Total Time: Approx. 45 min

Yield: 1 cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 stick margarine

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3/4 cup crushed Almond ROCA

  • 1/2 cup almonds

 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13" pan

  • Combine sugar, brown sugar, margarine, and flour until a crumbly mixture forms. Reserve 1/2 cup.

  • Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Add to the remaining crumb mixture, along with egg and vanilla.

  • Pour into pan and top with remaining 1/2 cup of crumble, crushed Almond ROCA and almonds

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes
