Almond ROCA Buttercrunch Coffee Cake
A delightful treat! No coffee break will be complete without this easy coffee cake!

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine
2 cups flour
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup crushed Almond ROCA
1/2 cup almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13" pan
Combine sugar, brown sugar, margarine, and flour until a crumbly mixture forms. Reserve 1/2 cup.
Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Add to the remaining crumb mixture, along with egg and vanilla.
Pour into pan and top with remaining 1/2 cup of crumble, crushed Almond ROCA and almonds
Bake for 30-35 minutes
