Almond ROCA Shortbread Bars

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter

  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • 1½ cup flour

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1½ cup Almond ROCA, crushed

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350˚F

  2. Beat butter and sugar together, until combined. Mix in flour.

  3. Press mixture into bottom of foil lined, greased 9" x 13" pan.

  4. Heat butter and milk in pan until smooth. Pour over crust.

  5. Bake at 350˚F for 12-15 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over filling and return to oven for 2 minutes.

  7. Spread melted chips over filling. Sprinkle with crushed Almond ROCA.

  8. Cool and cut into squares.
